With a career spanning more than twenty-four years, Kathryn Knox got her start in Dallas, working for the Kim Dawson Agency and then as a fashion show producer for Neiman Marcus. During this period, she styled and produced Neiman Marcus' Art of Fashion shows in addition to producing their shows for CHANEL, Stella McCartney, Giorgio Armani, ETRO, ESCADA, Marchesa, Temperley London, and more.

ESCADA then relocated her to New York City to establish and direct its North American Special Events department. After three and a half years, she joined Michael Kors as its Global Special Events Director, establishing this department on both a national and international level.

Throughout her entire career, Kathryn has lived an organic, plant-based and environmentally conscious lifestyle. Although these appeared like opposite worlds, this created quite a unique perspective and inspired her to find an authentic balance within both and without compromise. Motivated by this unique point of view, knowledge, and personal lifestyle, Kathryn transitioned out of corporate fashion and in 2012, while living in New York City, established Stone Sevyn.

A natural extension of where her worlds connect, she has since collaborated with other thought leaders from startups to global brands, including Gibson, adidas, and one autobiographical songwriting artist known for her artistic reinventions and cultural impact. Through these partnerships and more, she invites participation in an immersive dialogue where what we wear, who and what we support, and where our purchases are manufactured actually make a difference.

During her time living in Los Angeles, Kathryn was a founding member of the Humane Society of the United States Humane Generation Los Angeles committee. Raising funds and awareness for the organization’s Farm Animal Protection campaign in 2018, this committee helped to successfully pass California’s Prop 12, the most comprehensive animal rights legislation in the world.

Inspiring others to live more consciously and compassionately, for decades, in 20/20, coinciding with a move back to Texas, Kathryn discovered a new passion for movement, adding comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor to her multi-hyphenate career. Deepening her understanding of movement through a dedicated personal practice and exposure to many of the industry's leading instructors in contemporary and classical Pilates, since 2023, she has trained weekly in private sessions with Kathryn Hunt Anderson and Joni Weeks.
